Shipping and Handling

We ship by Japan Post.

Shipping flow:

  1. Order accepted - You will receive a order confirmation email and a payment accepted email.
  2. Processing in progress - Your order has been packed and entered the shipment waitlist. - You will receive a tracking number update email if applicable.
  3. Shipped - Your order has been dropped off at the post office. - You will received a confirmation email.

If you are not receiving emails about your order, please check your spam folder as it may have been marked as spam. All emails come from tpg@tigersplayground.com.

If you ordered with "Guest Checkout," and would like to have a registered customer account, please contact us.

Normal handling times are 4 business days and may be up to a week.

**Due to adverse weather, current handing times are about 3-4 weeks. Please be aware.***

Shipping times are as follows, with exceptions*

Airmail: 6 business days - 3 weeks 

Express: 3-5 business days (under 1 week)

 

Shipping times, by principle, are not guaranteed. Custom processes, natural disasters, etc. affect all international shipments.

*There are certain customs delays in certain countries. Please contact your own country's customs authority for more information. I do not know the customs status of all countries.

MEXICO has considerable customs delays. All orders to Mexico will be shipped by express mail. Shipments to Mexico may take up to 2-3 months to be processed by customs, please be aware.
