Shipping and Handling
We ship by Japan Post.
- Order accepted - You will receive a order confirmation email and a payment accepted email.
- Processing in progress - Your order has been packed and entered the shipment waitlist. - You will receive a tracking number update email if applicable.
- Shipped - Your order has been dropped off at the post office. - You will received a confirmation email.
If you are not receiving emails about your order, please check your spam folder as it may have been marked as spam. All emails come from firstname.lastname@example.org.

Shipping times are as follows, with exceptions*
Airmail: 6 business days - 3 weeks
Express: 3-5 business days (under 1 week)
Shipping times, by principle, are not guaranteed. Custom processes, natural disasters, etc. affect all international shipments.
*There are certain customs delays in certain countries. Please contact your own country's customs authority for more information. I do not know the customs status of all countries.
MEXICO has considerable customs delays. All orders to Mexico will be shipped by express mail. Shipments to Mexico may take up to 2-3 months to be processed by customs, please be aware.
